Ken Dillon, Owner & Winemaker of Footprint Wine Tap, is proud to introduce our limited production inaugural Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve wine, and ‘22 Cabernet Sauvignon in a TWO-BOTTLE PACK, made with 100% single vineyard and Certified Sustainable grapes sourced from Rattlesnake Hills AVA, Yakima Valley, and with low intervention techniques, native yeasts, no fining/filtration and minimal sulfur addition.
This is a great, limited opportunity to enjoy a side-by-side comparison of both of our Cabernet Sauvignon from the same vineyard and vintage, but experiencing the differences and nuances of what aging and maturation can do in both bottle and barrel. Both our Cabernets Sauvignons are perfect to enjoy as is, with family and friends, or pair with a range of foods, year-round. This wine is ready to be enjoyed now and will also age well for the next several years.

¨ Super Limited 9 cases + 6 kegs produced
¨ Tasting: Aromatics of black currant, black plum, cassis, fig, mint, basil and thyme, brioche, pencil shaving, graphite, vanilla, clove, cinnamon, anise, hint of prune, raisin, coffee, bittersweet cocoa, med-full body, round silky and lengthy finish.

¨ Sensory: Bold and nuanced, rich and refreshing aromatics and flavors of ripe red and black currants, plums, mocha, graphite, petrichor, coffee bean, vanilla, brioche, crushed gravel, laced natural acidity and baking spices. Our med-full bodied Cab Sauv is weighted, complex yet supple and round on the finish, inviting another sensory craving and satisfaction until the last drop. Will age well in your cellar for 5-15+ years if you can wait that long.
