Our ‘WA Wine In A Glass’ Class schedule is TBA.

We will discuss some major influences in what can make WA terroir and wine unique and taste some exciting local wines. We will cover some of the most popular WA AVAs and others you may not be familiar with, and how different historical and climatic events to different geological, viticulture, winemaking influences, and techniques can shape WA Wine Terroir.

This class is perfect for the beginning wine drinker, enthusiast, or professional who is seeking an introduction to WA terroir, what it can mean, and how different factors influence what’s in a glass of wine. Take your WA wine knowledge and experience to the next level and learn some of the major influences that give WA wine its “IT” factor and why WA should be on everyone’s wine map.

This class will be instructed by Ken Dillon, Footprint Wine Tap’s Owner & Winemaker, and held on-site at Footprint Wine Tap located at:

General info:

On and off-site classes are to be held bi-monthly, every 2 months, and our goal is to host 2 classes on different days of the same week to allow for flexibility in your schedule. Prices for on-site classes start at $40 per person for an up to 1.5-hour on-site class, and include course materials, and a selection of wine tastings every session. We will offer 2 different days and times during that month of a class session to hopefully align with as many of your schedules as possible, however, this may change due to demand and other unforeseen circumstances.

Off-site classes and details will be announced as soon as more information becomes available, and prices will be reflective of the specific activities for that tour, field trip, and experience. We cannot wait to share more details about our specially curated adventures with you!
