*Growlers may either be brought in by the guest or purchased separately at Footprint (1-Liter or 64-Oz options regularly available). Guests will need to know the volume of their growler if it is not already clearly marked. Fill-up pricing varies based on the style of wine, our cost of the goods, and any limited production. For quality assurance purposes we recommend guests to store their sealed growler wine in a proper storage area (see details below), and enjoy within 1 month of purchase date. We top off growler wines with inert gas to keep the wine as fresh as possible until you open it. After growler wine is opened for the first time you’ll want to enjoy the wine within 2-3 days, like a bottle of wine, and stored in a proper storage area for any leftover wine. Pre-chilled wines, i.e. white, rose’ wines, we recommend keeping them chilled, sealed and in a dark place i.e. in refrigerator until ready to enjoy. Red wines, we recommend keeping them sealed and in a cool, dark place, i.e. wine cooler, storage, cellar, or equivalent. Bring your empty, cleaned growler with you on your return visit to Fill-Up with more wine. Cheers!
