When we first opened and poured a sample of this Sauv Blanc we immediately caught aromas of wet slate and stones, crushed gravel, lemon zest, fresh lemon juice that slowly opens to light and ripe tropical fruit notes of passionfruit and pineapple. On the first sips we got a light bodied, citrus and light tropical fruit medley, on a light herbaceous and balanced acidic finish.

Cheeses like Fontina, Brie or Feta will be happy with this one too. Or go classic and pair with your favorite shellfish, fish, salad, and white meat dishes. Greek, Mexican, and Thai food are great options
