100% Chenin Blanc that opens with floral, pear, honey, pineapple and orchard fruits on the nose. On the palate a dose of salinity, minerality, acidity, wax and stone envelop the nuanced honey, pineapple and orchard fruits on a long finish.

Pair with raw oysters, grilled chicken with vegetables and wild rice, or fried goat cheese salad. Any white fish, shellfish, curry, cheese plate, root vegetable dish, or dish with white sauces will sing with this wine too.
