Ken Dillon, Owner & Winemaker of Footprint Wine Tap, is proud to introduce our limited production inaugural Semillon made with 100% single vineyard and Certified Sustainable grapes sourced from Rattlesnake Hills AVA, Yakima Valley, and with low intervention techniques, native yeasts, no fining/filtration and minimal sulfur addition.

Our Semillon is perfect to enjoy as is, with family and friends, or pair with a range of foods, year round. The rolling hills of Angiolina Vineyard and surrounding Valley depict Ken’s mid-summer late afternoon vineyard sampling and touring in a beautiful abstract landscape label design.

¨ Varietals: Semillon (100%)

¨ Vineyard/AVA: Angiolina Vineyard/Rattlesnake Hills AVA — Yakima Valley

¨ Vinification: cool and controlled temperature direct press with ambient and wild yeasts fermentation, 50% stainless steel tank & 50% neutral French oak, no fining/filtration, and minimal sulfur addition

¨ pH: 3.14, TA 7.2g/L

¨ Limited 24 cases + 6 kegs produced

¨ Tasting: Enjoy the just ripe tropical fruits of golden pineapple and papaya, a bit of lanolin, chamomile, and fresh white ginger on the nose, followed by a delightful quench of natural pop of acidity that finishes with a bit more of the spiced tropical fruits on a light-medium layered, balanced and persistent body. Our Semillon will age well in 3-5+ years giving additional layers of beeswax, lanolin, toasted and spiced nuts.
